2012 CC&R Modification Approved
In 2012, members voted to modify the CC&Rs to reduce the requirement for amendments from 75% to a 2/3rd majority (66.7%) and to increase the requirement for termination from a majority to a 2/3rds majority. The 2012 modification is posted below.

2011 CC&R Amendments Approved
The CC&R amendments to allow grazing was approved by more than 75% of the membership as of March 31, 2011. The amendments were filed with the Santa Cruz County Recorder's office on April 4, 2011. The 2011 amendments are posted below.

2008 CC&R Amendments
The results of the 2007-2008 vote by the membership to amend the cc&Rs are posted below. Six amendments were proposed - four were approved by the members and two were not approved. The approved 2008 amendments are posted below.

Policies & Procedures
The TFRPOA Board has adopted the following Policies and Procedures in accordance with Article XIV-Section 4: Rules and Regulations of the CC&Rs.

The "Design Review and Property Usage Guidelines" can be found in Section VII on page 7 of the Policies and Procedures.
