Architectural Design Review

Please review the Design Review & Property Usage Guidelines before you plan your new home at Tubac Foothills Ranch. You can find the Guidelines in Section VII on page 7 of the TFRPOA Policies & Procedures (click below to download).

These Guidelines are in addition to the "Use Restrictions" stated in Article I, Sections 1-15 of the Association's CC&Rs, which you are also advised to review.

Plans must be approved by the Design Review Committee before the start of any construction or any disturbance of the lot landscape.

Please download the "Design Review Application" and submit the completed, signed form with two sets of plans, and the review fee.
