Membership Dues

Annual membership dues are $480 as of January 2024. Dues invoices are mailed in early December and you have 30 days to make your payment. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact Stellar Property Management at 520-561-8497 to confirm your current mailing address.

LATE PENALTIES: Accounts that are not paid in full by January 31, 2024 will be subject to a 10% late fee ($48) plus interest per the CC&Rs.

Must be postmarked by January 31 to avoid late penalties.

To pay your dues online, click the pay assessments online tab on the main page of the website. You will need the management company id of 1161 and the association id of TFR and your account number (Lot#) in order to make your payment online. There are no fees if you are using your checking account to make your payment. If you plan to use a credit card, there will be a convenience fee.
