Welcome to the Tubac Foothills Ranch Property Owners Association (TFRPOA) website!

Tubac Foothills Ranch is located in Santa Cruz County, Arizona on the east side of I-19 and the Santa Cruz River - just south of the historic Tubac village and north of Nogales, AZ and Nogales, Mexico.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by a variety of mountain ranges including the Santa Rita and San Cayentano Mountains. Mt. Wrightson and the Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory are literally in our back yard and can be viewed by many TFR properties. The amazing panoramic views of sunrises, sunsets, moon rises and monsoon storms are absolutely breathtaking! And, this dark skies area makes star gazing incredibly spectacular.

Current TFR Property Owners:

If you are a current property owner, please make sure you are registered on our website to ensure you receive updated information and emails. Also, some pages on this website are password-protected and can only be accessed by TFRPOA members. Property owners can register by clicking the "Register" link in the upper right-hand corner to create an account.

All TFR property owners are encourage to attend TFRPOA Board meetings and get involved in our community by either volunteering to serve on a committee or to serve on the TFRPOA Board. Most meetings are via Zoom, so you can attend or serve from anywhere in the world!

Future TFR Property Owners or Home Builders:

Tubac Foothills Ranch is governed by a Property Owners Association. If you are interested in purchasing property in TFR, please make sure you check out the following links so that you understand the rules and regulations that govern these properties, especially if you are planning to build a home.

Our website is managed by the Board of Directors of the Tubac Foothills Property Owners Association to provide useful information for our members, as well as prospective owners. New information and updates will be added to this site, so please check back for additional content.
